ORDER

In the Government Orders issued vide References 1st and 3rd read
above, certain powers with respect to Administrative Approval, Technical
Sanction, Calling and Finalization of Tenders were delegated to
Officers/Engineers at various levels.

2. In the references 5th and 6th read above, the Departments of

Panchayath Raj, TR&B have informed that powers were delegated long back
and revision of these powers are required and therefore requested to revise
the delegation of powers and submitted proposals for revision of these
powers.

3. The matter was referred to the Board of Chief Engineers (BoCEs) for
their examination. The BoCEs have discussed the proposals in their meeting
held on 22-02-2018 and the Engineer-in-Chief (Admin), Water Resources
Department and the Chiarman, BoCE has submitted the recommendations of
the Board of Chief Engineers (BoCEs) vide his letter 7th read above.

4. Government, after careful examination, hereby accept the

recommendations of the Board of Chief Engineers (BoCEs) with certain
modifications and issue the following comprehensive orders applicable to all
