PERSONAL PROJECTS
Solar Photovoltaic System Energy Production and Fault Detection Simulation Environment (01/2018 – 06/2018)
This project aimed at applying machine learning algorithms to analyze a database of measurements from a power system. Developed a k-Means
clustering algorithm to identify the operational states of the system. Developed a Java application to identify an unknown state of the system
using a k-NN classification algorithm.

Detail Feasibility Study Solar Photovoltaic Electricity for Tomia Island, Wakatobi : A Green Prosperity Model Project
(03/2016 – 12/2016)
This detail feasibility study (DFS) reviewed the potential for solar PV on Tomia Island, Wakatobi, to address MCC goals for economic
development and poverty reduction. The goal of PV Development Project was to increase productivity, well-being, health, and independence of
the local community.

PERSONAL PROJECTS
Smart Energy Conversion Device Prototype for DC Nano-grid System (03/2015 – 01/2016)
Based on our previous research which discovered that switched-mode power supply (SMPS)-based load could perform better with DC supply, we
developed prototype of smart energy conversion device which could be integrated with PV power optimiser at its input side. The prototype was
successful supplying the SMPS-based load up to 2 kW of capacity.

Application of Machine Learning to Power System Database Analysis (01/2018 – 04/2018)

This project aimed at applying machine learning algorithms to analyze a database of measurements from a power system. Developed a k-Means
clustering algorithm to identify the operational states of the system. Developed a Java application to identify an unknown state of the system
using a k-NN classification algorithm.
