Regarding Pay Fixation as per VII CPC in respect of

Sh Ram Prakash, Senior Assistant.

May kindly see It is stated that Sh Ram Prakash was suspended vide O/O No F.
20/12/2015 /DOV/ 8638-40 dated 28-07-2015 and a penalty is also imposed on him by
reducing his post Assistant Section officer ( Gr-II Head Clerk ) to Senior Assistant ( UDC
Gr-IIIrd) vide o/o no F 12(221) /F&S/Vig/PF/15/333 dated 03-04-2018. Subsequently his
to suspension was revoked vide order No F No 12(221) /F&S/Vig/PF/15/333 dated 03-
04-2018 (Copy of order on file at flag “A”). The case file was sent to A O ( HQ) for
vetting the pay fixation but the AO ( HQ ) raised queries at pre-page noting 5/N. The
reply of queries are as under:-
That is the reason pay of the official is revised for the post of Senior Assistant /
UDC in terms of Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 as per option
exercised w.e.f 01.01.2016 as detail below:
1) The official was suspended during the said period and suspended was
revoked on dated 03.-04.2018
2) The official is reduced from Head Clerk (ASO –Gr-II) to Senior Assistant
(UDC) as mentioned above order in this noting.
In view of the above the pay of the official is revised in terms of Central Civil Services (
Revised Pay ), Rules, 2016 as per option exercised w.e.f. 01.01.2016 as details below :-
