1. CHEMICAL TREATMENT PROGRAM

 Make up water sample collection and analysis were carried out on daily basis
at SHV LPG Analysis Laboratory by Sicagen & it was noted that all the
parameters of makeup water with results have little deviations, due to
operational problem and the day to day analysis results were mentioned
herewith in this report.
 Cooling water sample collection & its analysis were carried out on daily basis at
SHV LPG Analysis Laboratory by Sicagen & the obtained results have little
deviations, due to operational problem and the day to day analysis results
were mentioned herewith in this report.
 Bacterial counts TVC and SRB counts were analysed one time in this month and
it was observed that the TVC & SRB counts were in control limits. The obtained
results were mentioned in the report.

8. RECOMMENDATION:
 Maintain the circulation water PH between 7.2 - 7.8
 The Phosphate – intrusion into the system may be identified and arrested, so
that the contribution on microbial growth may be minimized.
 It is recommended to dose SCI 3040 & SCI 3164 as Zn & OPO4 supplementary
to give cathodic & anodic protection to the system.
 It is recommended to dose SCI-7000M (High chloride & conductivity values
may leads to corrosion into the system)
