accept the government's new pay offer,
which included a one-off $271 million
boost to create a unified base salary
scale for primary, secondary, and area
schoolteachers.

out in New Zealand with regulations to
come into force from 1 July 2019.

created an unprecedented awareness
among the people world over, from
all walks of life. Though the actual day
of Yoga Day celebration declared by
the United Nations is 21st of June but
different organisations started holding
Yoga sessions almost a week before and
continued well after the date of 21st June
until Sunday 23rd June in various parts of

CoreLogic is predicting that the Reserve
Bank could potentially loosen LVRs even
further this year if the market remains
steady. Despite not implementing a Capital
Gains Tax, the Government is set to tighten
rules around land transfer documentation
to make sure speculators meet their tax
obligations under the bright line test.
