AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, AURELIA B. RAMOS and PORFIRIO A. ANTENOR, both

of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. Gulod Itaas, Batangas
City, respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby depose and state:

That we personally know BENITA ANDAL PEREZ since we have

been long time friends;

That in the records of Philippine Public School Teachers

Association (PPSTA), her Year of Birth was erroneously entered
thereon as 1947.;

That the truth of the matter is that she was born on April 3,
1948 as evidenced by her Certificate of Live Birth and we also know for
a fact that she has been using that date of birth in all of her business
and legal transactions;

That the true and correct birthyear of Benita Andal Perez is 1948
and not 1947;

That we are not related to Benita Andal Perez by consanguinity

or affinity;

That we are executing this affidavit to prove the foregoing

matters.
