don't visit them. There are some reasons behind this view and several solutions could be adopted by
governments and individuals to improve the situation.

There are two primary reasons why tourists are keen on taking a trip to go to the museum rather than
residents. First, people who reside in or near historic landmarks take them for granted as they can go
there daily so they would rather have a trip to a far-off destination. Besides, visitors are more apt to visit
the local museums and attractions of the destination they are visiting. Also, tourists can broaden their
knowledge and experience the feeling of the local culture. Furthermore, children gain a wealth of
knowledge about the history of our country in a classroom. Take my younger brother as a typical
example, he can tell you many of the historic events in my country.

Fortunately, several measures could be taken to prevent this problem. The first solution would be for
the government to build more shopping malls and supermarkets for local people to relax at the
weekend. A second measure would be to organize trips for children to pique their interest curiosity and
excitement instead of only learning in a classroom.

In conclusion, it is clear that there are various reasons for many tourists prefer the museum rather than
resident, and steps need to be taken to tackle this problem.
