As part of its Holy Week activities, the Holy Cross Parish will be holding the Blessing of Plams
followed by a Holy Mass on Palm Sunday, (date) at (time).

In line with this, we are requesting your kind office to allow us to borrow (number) chairs for
the said event. We would also like to request the presence of some members of the Barangay Auxiliary
to be at the venue during Mass for security reasons.
