SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALFRED THOMAS G. VERONA, II, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Real
St., Tacloban City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint MR. ROSWIL A. ELARDO or MS.
JOAN CHRISTINE C. VALDIVIA of legal age, Filipino, and a residents of Door 3, cor. Gemini
& Virgo Sts., Jan Rey Subd., Marasbaras, Tacloban City, and 103 Juan Luna St., Tacloban City
respectively, to be my true and lawful attorneys, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do
and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To apply, process, transact and receive from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) my
Tax Identification Number (TIN) for the registration of our business named SEVERO
STREET FOOD PUB, located in V&G Subd., Tacloban City;

2. To transact, pay, sign and submit any paper or document, receive receipts and any paper
or document in relation thereto;

3. To prepare, procure, and sign any and all documents that may be required pursuant to
the authority granted to him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present,
with full powers of substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that my said attorney or his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
