Present Simple

Positive Form

I / you / we / they work

He / she / it Works

Negative Form

I / you / we / they don’t (do not) work

He / she / it doesn’t (does not) work

Question Form

Do I / you / we / they work?

Does he / she / it work?

We use the Present Simple for:

a) Repeated actions or habit.

W ego out on Saturday nights.

b) Something we see as permanent.

My brother Works in a bank

c) Describing a state that doesn’t change

She looks like her mother

3. Differences regular and irregular verbs, and outline the rules of construction.
Diferencias verbos regulares e irregulares, y esquematizan las reglas de

Regular Verb
In English regular verbs are called those who form the past by adding the suffix 'ed' or
'd' to the root of the verb.

Example:

- After many discussions, they finally agreed.

Irregular Verb

Irregular verbs, on the other hand, totally differ from their Present Tense structure,
because when you need to write or speak in the past tense you will have to memorize it
in that verb tense. Therefore, in Irregular Verbs you must memorize both the Present
Tense as well as the Past Tense. Example:

- He took the car and went to the supermarket.


(Él cogió el coche y fue al supermercado)
- He ate a lot fruit the other day.
(Él comió mucha fruta el otro día)
- We went to the library yesterday.
(Nosotros fuimos a la librería ayer)
- They swam enough time.
(Ellos nadaron bastante tiempo)
- I ran to him.
(Yo corrí hacia él)

Responde a las siguientes preguntas, en forma escrita y con imágenes:
- What do you usually do at 7 o'clock in the morning?
I always take my mother with the bike to her job.
- What happens every day in your university classes?

We always carry out the topics to be dealt with in each academic schedule and
sometimes we do jobs, assignments and exhibitions.

- What do you like to do on Sundays?


Always on Sundays I like to spend time with my puppies, play with them and
especially take care of them.
