To Whom It May Concern,

It is my pleasure and honor to write this letter of recommendation for Alix
Rivas. Alix was a student in my Loyola Marymount University, School Of Education
class, “Creating & Maintaining Effective Environments in Support of All Students,
during the Spring 2018 semester. From the beginning of the semester Alix showed
great promise as an emerging new teacher and leader. She frequently and
passionately participated in group discussions and freely shared new ideas that she
was learning and how they were being applied to her classroom and increasing her
skill set as a new middle school teacher working with a diverse student population.
Alix has demonstrated that she is a hard worker and dedicated educator through the
high quality of work she has completed for this class. It is my belief that she would
be a great asset to any school community she decides to join or any educational
program she endeavors to complete to grow as a educational leader.
