1. Prepare for a short presentation and discussion that

you are to participate in (approximately 10 minutes).

chosen field of industry, or business industry that you
know of. Document your preparations and include the
following:

A. Choose a theme to use for your starting point, e.g.

creativity (2 marks)

In times of change, I chose the theme of innovation and tailor made my new application
release to an specific audience.

B. Develop a message for communicating, e.g. the need

for creativity within your chosen industry (5 marks)
One of the first things that I think about when launching a new product or service is
how do we get people to notice is build a marketing message foundation that includes
my core purpose: “Lunch a new Mobile application PET TINDER”, mission: “make it
easy to find and match pets of the same breed and for dog owners to” and values: “make
sure the profile information is true” the will help position your product for success.

C. Gather substantiated information to back up your

information and to highlight any facts of interest (10
marks)

PET TINDER borrows conventions from mainstream dating apps with few exceptions.
It's what you would expect. Each profile features the PET and users can add the owner's
profile to it and make two in one. The dogs have the main profiles but owners can or
cannot have as well. One unique twist is that users can notify their matches when
they’re about to go on an “adventure.”

Through my research, discovered there were approximately 5,000 dating apps.

Regardless of the exact number, we can all agree there are plenty. That’s why his story
is so compelling. Even with such immense competition, he still felt inclined to create a
new app for singles.
I made a dip research about TINDER and conclude that this app is a success for
humans, and it have a perfect idea that can be very useful for PETS to and decided to
mix them into just one app.

First things first - Tinder is a dating app which uses an algorithm to provide people
with potential matches. It alerts you to other Tinder users who fall within a specified
age range and gender and are within a certain distance of your location, and it lets you
know whether you have any mutual friends.

What we can tell you for certain is that Tinder matches couples based on their
physical attraction and some other details filled into each profile.

There is a presented a list of potential suitors who will all fall into an age range, gender
and distance of the location which is preselect.

As each profile comes onto the screen, you touch and swipe right to mark them as a yes
or swipe left to mark that person as a no.

Each user creates a profile which contains photos of them, a bio, other links, mutual
Facebook friends (if your app is connected through Facebook) have in common.

If you both swipe right on each other, you'll be displayed as a match, and you can start
talking to one another in the chat section.
D. Write a short script/notes to use for your presentation
and include a story that highlights a point of interest
or a relevant experience (10 marks)
THE domestic PETS are important for many economic and social reasons.

For most dogs, mating is a natural process. Occasionally, inexperienced dogs need a
little help. Timing, health and environmental considerations are all important to a
successful breeding. With today’s remarkable advances in the tools and techniques for
veterinary reproduction, breeders have a number of different ways to accomplish a
breeding. The oldest of these is a natural mating. However, it is still hard to dog owners
to find the exactly same match, and this is what this PET TINDER app is for. Make it a
lot easier to dog owners to find the perfect match as close as possible.

Before mating mixed breed dog owners must remember that female dogs, unlike
people, usually have more than one puppy at a time. This PET is also how you are
going to find homes for the other pups in the litter. The first step is define the area that
you are expecting to find the female dog to mate with your male and vice versa.
PET TINDER will also show advices, common questions and answer and a exiting blog
where people can talk and share experiences.

PET TINDER will have a social effect to. Tinder for rescue pets. As many Australians will
know, finding a rescue pet can actually be hard work. Sometimes they’re too big, too
small or just living too far away. Also, there are a lot of apps and websites you have to
spend time trawling in a bid to find “the one.”
E. Produce presentation materials for using, e.g. this
could be a short PowerPoint or multimedia
presentation of three to five slides, a simple one page
handout to show the key points/message, or some
selected images that you have printed for displaying.

2. Write down how you would present this, considering

the opinions of others and the ways that people
receive and respond to ideas, and if there are any
risks that you may need to take in your
presentation.(10 marks)

Introducing your pet into your dating life has its perks. Dogs are not only a reliable way
to judge a person’s character; they provide a sense of security. Women told me they feel
more at ease with their dogs nearby. The app also makes it easier to come up with
original dates.

Most dating apps look for ways to expand their market. I’m an example of this. PET
TINDER has many inspired ways to expand their core service since their base is so
niche. For example, dog-friendly restaurants could make great partners.

The goal is to get people to connect and find perfect match’s for their pets and each
other.
3. How would you communicate this to a group of senior
management and also to a group of work colleagues?
(5 marks)

 Why A Tinder For Dog Needed To Happen?

Picture yourself in an open field. Not a cloud in the sky. A wide-eyed puppy runs up to
you. Its tail wags like a windshield wiper on full blast. The pooch’s gorgeous owner
approaches. They crack a smile. Your heart melts. It’s the love of your life.

Dog Date Afternoon wants to make this magical experience more accessible. The app
connects dog owners who want to date and to find the dog date. Unlike apps that match
dogs for play dates, PET TINDER will have two separate pillars, the most important
one is just about dogs, and the second one is for owners that are single and share the
same interest get to know eachother.

4. What enabling skills would you look for in your

audience, in order to help you start your discussions?
(2 marks)
The dating app Tinder has taken off, but imagine if it were little paws swiping right?
One entrepreneur has created the canine equivalent, a website for busy dog-owners
needing help walking or looking after man's best friend.

There are plenty of places to go if you're feeling lonely and want to meet people, but
what if it's your dog that's feeling lonely? What if Rover wants to make some new dog
buddies to chase sticks in the park with, or Fido wants to find that special someone with
whom he can share long, tail-wagging beachside walks?
5. Present your presentation to a group of three people
that either represent senior management or work
colleagues (within the learning group) and convey the
message clearly to the audience. Ask if there are any
questions on this, and clarify any points as needed.
I made a group conversation and couple of interviews . I asked people on the niche
targeting what they think about.

“Dating is about interests. What am I interested in?” Koo asked. He went on to describe
a woman he dated a few years ago. They both had dogs. “What if the dogs meet and
they hate each other and they start to fight?” He described the dog as a litmus test, a
way to measure compatibility.

“Me being a dog owner and me using dating apps, I started thinking this is what I
know.” Once he decided to pursue the idea, Koo searched the app store. There weren't
any serious competitors.

“And then I went online, and I saw that there were a couple of websites for dog
owners," Koo explained. "I come from an online advertising background. And I saw
that the dating websites were cookie cutter.”

Without a cofounder or venture capital, Koo began development on his app in June of
2016. He built the original version with a dev team in Santa Monica. “I wanted to keep
it local. I didn’t want to deal with any crazy time zone issues if something went wrong.”
