7. Hunger is not only about not getting enough food to fill one's belly. It includes
malnutrition, undernourishment, child mortality etc . Do you think everyone in your
family is free from all such conditions, if not then what are the major problems ?

8. Do you think only poverty (lack of money) is responsible for hunger growth? Do you
know any malpractices that leads to hunger? What role does corruption play in
increasing hunger?

9. What do you know about Ration cards and PDS ration system?What are your main
challenges accessing the TPDS ration shop?
10. With the wrong usage of ration cards, a huge portion of subsidized food is chunked
into the black market and accounts to major loss? What do you believe should be done

13. In the 2018 Global Hunger Index, India ranks 103rd out of 119 qualifying countries.
With a score of 31.1, India suffers from a level of hunger that is serious. What are your
views on this?

14. Do you think that the government is doing a satisfactory job in helping out the
section of society suffering with food shortage? If no, then what can be done by them?

15. According to the United Nations Development Programme, up to 40% of the food
produced in India is wasted. To what extent do you think we, as a citizen, contribute to
this?
