Job Overview
Annalect’s analytical arm, Marketing Sciences Group, is looking for candidates who
have a passion and desire to work in marketing analytics space. Candidates should
have a proven track record of developing performance reports, and perform analysis to
generate insights and recommendations across digital (paid, owned and earned) and
offline media channels.

Responsibilities

 Ensure that our work delivers against our clients goals


 Be the escalation point for all strategic matters on the assigned project(s)
 Quality assurance over deliverables, reports, insights, responses provided by the
remote team by reviewing outputs along with creating and reviewing QA plans
 Accountability for efficient use of resources working on the individual
engagements, ensuring that team resources are being utilized at capacity to
provide value to the engagement.
 Develops clients’ marketing measurement strategies and reporting of key business
metrics for multiple audiences including client senior management
 Designs, generates and manages reporting frameworks that provide insight as to
the performance of clients’ marketing activities across multiple channels
 Mastery of proprietary Annalect/s reporting and insights platform to help
deliver/automate performance reports
 Work with the development team in an Agile development environment, as needed
 Evaluate clients’ business situations and implements appropriate analytic
approach.
 Maximize account profitability by managing client expectations and providing
superior service within approved scope of work
 Prioritize tasks and proactively manage workload to ensure all deadlines are met
(or exceeded), ensure all work is accurate.
 Keep abreast of developments in and answer questions on data visualization and
presentation, media/ research/ reporting tools, and systems; educate staff on
same
 Work with local and/or global client account teams to delivery quality service and
support to client
 Active contribution to project planning and scheduling

Required Skills

 6 to 8 years of experience in media/marketing services


 Good understanding of media/advertising domain is mandatory
 Experience in working as part of a global team, delivering reports for clients or
internal teams using MS Office (Experience in working with data visualization
platforms such as Qlikview, Tableau, etc. preferred)
 Experience in heading a team of at least 3-5 members
 Familiarity with at least some of the below data sources or types:
Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Insights, Radian6 or other social listening platform,
Site Side Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.), Display

Marketing (DFA, DoubleClick, MediaMind, etc.), SEM (Kenshoo, Google


Adwords, etc.), Traditional Media (TV, Magazine, Radio, etc.)
 Strong relationship building skills, which include maintaining positive client and
vendor relationships
 Excellent project and resource management skills
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
 Enthusiasm for the industry, knowledge of industry issues and eagerness to learn
 Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting
tight deadlines under pressure
 Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail
 Resourceful and self-motivated
 A positive attitude to work in agency.
