RESOLUTION CONDIMING THE TERRORISTIC ACTS LIKE KILLINGS OF PNP, MILITARY AND CIVILIAN
ARMED FORCES GEOGRAPHICAL UNIT (CAFGU) ACTIVE AUXILLARY MEMBERS, SUSPECTED
INFORMANTS AND BARANGAY OFFICIALS; HARRASHMENT AGAINST MILITARY AND POLICE
INSTALLATIONS AND BURING OF GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES MADE BY COMMUNIST
PARTY OF THE PHILIPPINES-NEW PEOPLE’S ARMY (CPP-NPA) TERRORIST AND DECLARING THEM AS
PERSONA NON GRATA IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the CPP-NPA Communist Terrorist (CNTs) conduct series of atrocities targeting
military, police, civilians and even government and private properties through liquidations, harassments
and burning of equipment within the Provence of Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, the socio-economic advancement of the province had been affected due to the
series of atrocities conducted by the CPP-NPA Communist (CNTs) that propagate fear the general public
and even potential investors which made a terrible economic implication not only in the province but
the whole country as well;

WHEREAS, the atrocities perpetrated by the CPP-NPA Communist Terrorist (CNTs) is a

manifestation of betrayal of achieving peace, thus, disrupting the peace and order situation of the
province;

WHEREAS, on motion of Mr. George M. Villamor, President, Federation of Senior Citizens

Association, duly seconded by the Board Member Jessica Jane Villanueva, Chairperson, Committee of
Peace and Order, Sangguniang Panlalawigan
 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), in
session assembled, condemning the terroristic acts like killings of PNP, military and CAA members,
suspected informants and barangay officials; harassment against military installations and the burning of
government and private properties made by CPP-NPA Communist Terrorist (CNTs) and declaring them
as Persona Non Grata in the Province of Negros Oriental.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Honorable Sagguniang

Panlalawigan of Negros Oriental, City and Municipal Peace and Order Council (C/MPOC) and Government
Agencies for the reference and fovorable support.
