DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:

The Development team initially prepares the flow chart based on the
Business requirements, to determine the most effective navigational structure for the
Website Design. A storyboard demonstrates appropriate colours, text fonts, graphics, text
buttons, Functionality of the Design. A well planned, well presented Web Module will
attract and encourage repeat visitors. Effective and professional Web Developers who has
capabilities increase the overall success of the site, making it more functional and user-
friendly.

MAJOR ASSUMPTION:
 As a part of our discussion, we provide the cost estimation for Web development for
commercial business.

The Web development team will:

 Gather all required Functional, text, information or images from the client side.
 Use digital format for all text, information and/or visual content (photographs,
diagrams, etc.) that as to be included in the site.
 We develop and Integrate the Web Module and provide reliable Web
 Daily Scrum Meeting Will be Conduct regarding the development of Web Module

PROPOSED TIME SCHEDULE:

Stage 1 – Concept Development

Deliverable: Signed agreement to proceed with development

Stage 2 – Planning

No. of Days: As per requirement

Project Definition Meeting to determine precise details concerning the scope of the
project and develop an accurate and detailed timeline outlining the development and
delivery of the project, including deliverables for the developer
Deliverable: Information provided by SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST Includes relevant
promotional corporate material, research and background information.

The developer has determined a precise project specification for the entire Website
Design and presents it to for approval.
Deliverable: Project Specification & Proposal is provided to SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST
approval. SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST either approves the Project Specification or provides
feedback on the Project Specification to request revisions.

Deliverable: Project Specification approval.

Stage 3 – Implementation

The developer provides a complete list of all required content, which needs to be
provided by SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST S
Deliverable: A complete list of required content.

Developer begins design development Developer presents sample designs for review by
SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST S
Deliverable: First sample prototype module.

SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST will have to either approve one of the design samples or provide
feedback for revisions and adjustments to design. SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST provides any
relevant Changes
Deliverable: Design development with complete Functionality of Website Design
During this time there will be deliverables for development and periodic sign-off by SASSI
EDUCATIONAL TRUST’s complete Design development and approval to begin testing

Stage 4 – Testing

No. of Days: As per requirement

Developer will test all aspects of the project, including Quality Assurance testing for
functionality, Integrate, System and User Acceptance Testing. During this time, SASSI
EDUCATIONAL TRUST may request some revisions and tweaking, which will be completed
by Day SASSI EDUCATIONAL TRUST S

Deliverable: Fully tested Website Design

Stage 5 – Launch and Phase Out

No. of Days: As per requirement

RSN Infotech will register and provide of the website Design server and any final testing
and tweaking will be completed

REMUNERATION AND PAYMENT:

Payment Terms:

50% of total Design development fee invoiced and due before work begins. A second 50% as
well as the Design Installation charge invoiced when page design templates are completed.
Balance, adjusted for any changes, invoiced upon delivery of Design.

Extra features will be provided based on the requirement with additional cost. Domain
renewal Charges will be applicable during the renewal based on the Market price.

Payment:

The currency shall be made into the Contractor’s bank account, cash or cheque shall be
issued as mentioned in the invoice raised against the payment schedule.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

 Taxes: Taxes extra as applicable

 Payment: 50% advance along with PO Design Development and remaining 50 %
payment shall be paid once when the project has been delivered according to
original written specifications.
 Development of Website Design shall be commenced only after the requirement
freeze by the client.
 Delivery: As per requirement from the date of Purchase Order (excluding the client
approval).

  Project Revision during Execution: Client may be charged additional fees if it
decides to make changes to the agreed upon project scope and objectives.
 All contents and the information posted on the site shall be responsible by the
client.
 The prices quoted will be fixed for the planned project duration in accordance with
the scope of work. Any additional work after the project duration is to be agreed by
both parties.
 This quotation is valid up to 15 days from the date of submission.

ASSUMPTION AND EXCLUSION:

 One-time Implementation & training charges for Website Design shall be at free of
cost.
 Maintenance of Website Design for first year shall be free and the charges for the
second year will be applicable
 Copy rights for the Website Design shall be hold by RSN Infotech Pvt Ltd.,

SCHEDULE:
Work will begin within one week of signing of contract and receipt of deposit payment.
Approximately As per requirement will be required from start to finish, assuming that the
processes of providing content, feedback, and approval are free from delays.
