1. What school activities do you conduct that allow the participation of the people in
the barangay?
- During the general cleaning of the school, not only the parents help in cleaning
but also the barangay officials. They join hand in hand in cleaning the school.
2. Are there community activities that you, as teachers join? Please name. do your
learners join also these activities?
- Yes, there is. One of these activities are the recent town fiesta in which we
sponsored one night of variety show together with our students.
4. What does the community benefit from joining in your school activities?
- The harmonious relationship between the school and community are the benefit
that both parties earned from the activities conducted by the school.
5. As per observation, are the lessons that you taught in the school transferred to
the homes or the community?
- Value formation and moral values are concrete evidence that students apply
these lessons from school to their home even in the community. These could be
best learning’s that students were able to apply good moral values.

1. Are you satisfied with your job as a professional teacher for the past few years? If
yes, why? If not, why not?
- I am not yet satisfied with my job as a professional teacher for the past years
because there were still a lot of questions in my mind that haven’t been
answered, “why am I teaching Math?, and what is the significance in teaching
Math?
2. What are the things that you do as a professional teacher that makes you happy?
Sad?
- The things that makes me happy is when I share the word of God to my students,
inspiring them in some ways because I believe that life is not all about numbers
but it’s the word of God that builds our faith and enables us to go through the
storms in life.
3. What was your most unforgettable experience as a teacher? Please tell.
- My most unforgettable experience was when I first burst out my anger to one of
my students, because of his misbehavior and hard headedness. He wasreally
embarrassed in front of his classmates. Of course, after which I talked to him and
explain the reason why I caught his attention.
4. What is your plans for the future as a professional teacher?
- My future plan is to teach in a public school since today I am private employee od
STI. I planning to save up and put my own business so I can focus on thye
ministry god has entrusted me.

1. Are you satisfied with your job as a mentor professional teacher for the past few
years? If yes, why? If not, why not?
- Yes, because I already saw the achievements of m y students before and some
are now professionals.
2. What are the things that you do as a professional teacher that makes you happy?
Sad?
- The things that make me happy is sharing my knowledge to my learners so that
they will also become a professional like me.
4. Looking back to your early years as a professional, how do you compare yourself
with your mentees now?
- During my early years, the teachers are much more dedicated than today’s
generation.

- Yes, because I love to share what I have and it’s my job seeing my students
learning out of my teaching.
2. What are the things that you do as a mentor professional teacher that makes you
happy? Sad?
- Well, it’s when I see my students applying their learning’s and lesson in their
daily living. Applying the principles of life, overcoming the obstacle and
challenges that may come along.
6. Have you been promoted in your job? Why were you promoted? What benefits
did you get from the promotion?
- Yes! And it’s all because of working of God working through me. From teacher III
to master teacher 1, I also became the values education coordinator, youth
center adviser and also I also served as the guidance counselor of the school for
12 years.
