JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

I, ENRIQUE TUYOR, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at

8th Floor Don Chua Lamko Building, H.V. Dela Rosa St., corner L.P.
Leviste, Salcedo Village, Makati City, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state as follows as
my direct testimony in the instant case:

Q: Mr. Witness, do you know the Petitioner in this case Ms.

Rosie Tsai Wang?
A: Yes Ma’am, I am currently employed in her company as a
Messenger.

Q: And how long have you been working as the company’s

messenger?
A: Five (5) years, Ma’am.

Q: And as their messenger, what are some of your duties and

functions?
A: Ma’am, as messenger, I am tasked to deliver letters,
correspondences and other documents to different people and
locations. Sometimes, Mrs. Wang asks me to perform some
personal errands as well.

Q: Now, with those that you have mentioned, do you remember

being sent by Mrs. Rosie Tsai Wang to procure documents that
are related to this case?
A: Yes, Ma’am.

Q: When was that?

A: I could not remember the exact date but it was around early
2009.

Q: Do you remember her instructions when she asked you to

procure such documents?
A: Yes Ma’am, she showed to me her marriage contract and
then she asked me to verify from the local city registrars of
Manila, Makati and the National Statistics Office if they have a
copy of her marriage contract in their records.

Q: Are there any other instructions she gave to you?

A: Yes Ma’am, she also told me to check if the marriage license
indicated in her marriage contract was indeed issued by the
municipality of Rosario, Cavite.

Q: After having received her instructions, what did you do next?

A: I went to the local registrars of Manila and Makati to request
for and obtain a copy of her marriage contract. I also went to the
NSO to request for a copy of the said contract.

Q: How about the instruction on the marriage license?

A: I also went to Rosario, Cavite Ma’am and requested the local
municipal registrar to search for the marriage license they issued.

Q: What happened to the request for copies of the marriage

contract and the marriage license from these government offices?
A: They told me that they do not have Mrs. Wang’s marriage
contract in their records.

Q: Who did?
A: The local city registrar of Makati and Manila sir, and also the
NSO.

Q: What about the marriage license?

A: I was told by the local municipal registrar of Rosario, Cavite
that the said license was issued to someone else and not to Mrs.
Wang.

Q: Do you have proof this?

A: Yes Ma’am. The said offices issued certifications that they
have no records of the marriage contract of Mrs. Wang and that
the marriage license was not issued to Mrs. Wang.

Q: I am showing to you a document dated March 20, 2009

issued by the City Civil Registry Office of Manila, previously
marked as Exhibit F. Can you tell me the relation of this exhibit to
the documents you are referring to?
A: This is the certification issued by the City Civil Registry Office
of Manila, certifying that they do not have any record of the
marriage between Joseph Wang and Rosie Tsai.

Q: I am showing to you a document dated March 19, 2009

issued by the NSO Manila Office of the Civil Registrar General,
previously marked as Exhibit G. Can you tell me the relation of
this exhibit to the documents you are referring to?
A: This is the certification issued by the NSO, certifying that
they do not have any record of the marriage between Joseph
Wang and Rosie Tsai.

Q: I am showing to you a document dated March 24, 2009

issued by the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of Rosario,
Cavite, previously marked as Exhibit H. Can you tell me the
relation of this exhibit to the documents you are referring to?
A: This is the certification issued by the said municipal
registrar, that Marriage License No. 5624824 issued on 22
November 1978 were issued to a certain Winifred C. Tendero and
Jocelyn T. Torres, and not to Jospeh Wang and Rosie Tsai.

Q: I am showing to you a document dated March 25, 2009

issued by the City Civil Registration Office of Makati, previously
marked as Exhibit I. Can you tell me the relation of this exhibit to
the documents you are referring to?
A: This is the certification issued by the said city registrar,
certifying that they do not have any record of the marriage
between Joseph Wang and Rosie Tsai.

Q: Is there anything you want to add aside from what you have
stated?
A: I would like to show and identify in open court the
documents that I referred to.
