1. Cheating is equivalent to a score of 0 on the activity where he/she committed.

2. Disturbance and disruption of class are prohibited
3. Students are responsible for whatever is taken up during the class in case of
absences, excused or unexcused.
4. Consultations are strictly on class schedules only.
5. Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform and I.D.
