Individual exercise program


Solves specific tasks such as, figure correction, figure formation and reduces the fat percentage in the body.

Body-Shaping is a form of strength training. During the training, the muscles that form a woman's figure (chest,
life, stomach, seat, thigh and back) are loaded. This leads to a change in size and shape of fragile parts of a
woman's body. The exercises and the load are adapted individually. The exercises are performed standing,
sitting or lying down, without much strain on the heart and joints.

Body-Shaping contains three different types of personal training programs, catabolic, anabolic and a
stabilization program. Each of these programs addresses different types of exercise depending on the woman's
hormone cycle and is tailored to the individual's wishes.
The catabolic exercise program is designed to reduce the fat percentage in the body and to change the body
composition. Suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight, i.e. slim down a few kilos.

Anabolic exercise program is designed to increase muscle mass and suit those who are slim, but who want to
get a more well-shaped body.

The stabilization program helps you keep the results you have received and which you are satisfied with.

Diet program
Helps you get the best results from your exercise
program. Each customer can receive dietary guidance if
desired. An individual diet program is made after the
measurement and testing of the body and adjusted
according to weight and fat percentage. The diet
program provides a correct balance between how
much you need to eat protein, fat, carbohydrates,
starch and dietary fiber.

The diet guidance follows the recommendations given


by the Directorate of Health. Body Shape’s diet
program has no special diets or very special diets. Our
menu suggestions contain regular Norwegian food. You
can eat almost anything. To be able to put together a
balanced diet, you must answer three questions

In the Body-Shaping system we use several types of tests. One calculates the fat percentage in the body and
body composition. Another helps us understand how we can change your daily diet to get better results and
health. Body measurement is done once a week. Month and is a tool to control what results have been
