Intend to work as RESTAURANT MANAGER handling different
departments of the restaurant leading the team to work
aggressively towards betterment in sales & revenue also
providing 100% guest satisfaction .

Presently at : The Amboli Bar & Kitchen , a seafood speciality
restaurant a division of Novex Communications Pvt Ltd as a
RESTAURANT MANAGER.

• Ensure that the restaurant is setup as per the SOP of the Company &
creating SOP.
• Ensure customer service and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure maintaining of all Daily reports , Sales & Costs reports , KOT
analysis reports .
• Coordinating with the F&B Controllers & Costs controllers for quality &
Stock maintenance.
• Taking care of Monthly reports, PNL , Costing , Budgeting & EBIDTA.
• Coordinating with suppliers & finalising supplies to the restaurant .
• Handling the security related issues & recording through CCTV.
• Management of service area, follow up on guest comment cards & guest
data bank.
• Managing of kitchen, stores, bar & laundry.
• Ensuring proper coordination with the Departmental Heads for the sales
and restaurant operations.
• Responsible for the Staff recruitment & training , Banking , Cashiering ,
Accounting and Auditing.
• Responsible for handling Buffet , Kittie & Birthday parties , Deliveries .
• Coordinating with the projects for all maintenance issues & setting up of
the restaurant.
