Eng. Abdullah Salim Al-Shaaili is the Group Chairman for 9
companies including Al Houriah National, Planet International, Dar
Al Yamamah, Al Ryan Integrated Project LLC, Majan Al Shamiyah
and many others. He has developed organizations cutting across
industries like Oil & Gas, Textiles, Tourism & Hospitality, Food &
Beverage and Information Technology. Eng. Abdullah holds
Master of Science Degree from University of Portsmouth, UK.
He has served more than 23 years in the Ministry of Transport and Communication of
Oman in various capacities. He was a member committee for developing Muscat and
Salalah airports. He is the managing director of the Quriyat Tourism Project, an ITC
project under development in Quriyat Muscat.

budgeting, strategy formulation, project
costing, project selection strategy, large &

Eng. Abdullah has Ms. Shamsa Isa Salim Al Harthy as his partner with 50% stake in AL
Ryan Integrated Project LLC. Ms. Shamsa has worked for more than 25 years in the
Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Oman managing the minister’s office before
she retired. She is now partnered with Eng. Abdullah as a part of Al Ryan and looks
after the strategic business operations of Al Ryan.
