Introduction

In this the third and last Chapter of our Summer Course, I would like to expand on the tools we will use during the Grand Event in Girona, Spain. If you haven’t yet done the Ascension101 Course, I highly suggest that you do so now before the event.

We will be covering the following tools in this chapter:

1. Observation” as a key to resolution and manifestation with Sickness, Healing and Curing as our exercise.

2. Reconnecting with the human race in a safe and “stuff free” manner.

3. Superpowered Daydreaming as a tool of clarity, goal achievement, and manifestation.

4. Choosing resonant timelines as we embody the New Paradigm.

1. Observation

I would like you to become familiarized and experienced at using Observation to resolve personal, relationship, environmental, social and global issues.

By Observing a question, person, location, or situation, it will, by our observation alone, become disentangled in our minds and understood. Often, this will act as a catalyst for the situation to morph in the physical and resolve quickly and painlessly.

This type of observation has no pre-set agenda, intent, energy or judgment attached. It is simply an act of Observation. To look. Sense. Feel. And allow those perceptions to pass through us without getting involved with them.

How do you conduct an Observation?

You can use this tool on an item for 5 minutes to an hour. Longer is best, but most of us have good results with about 20 minutes at a time. You may have to Observe once a day for several days or weeks if the item is large. Small items can take just a few minutes. You can Observe more than once a day, but allow yourself 80% of your day to be spent in joyful and inspiring activities.

Choose a person, topic, issue, problem, object, location… there are no limits on the item you can choose. This item may or may not have an emotional, mental, physical or energetic charge for you.

You may use a photograph, the actual item, a drawing, a sentence, or an object that represents the item to look at. You can also look at it with your mind’s eye.

Look at the item (eyes open or closed), and simply Observe it. Move to the side, and allow the eyes of the entire Universe to look at it through your eyes.

Whenever thoughts, emotions, judgments or feelings come up about it, thank them and let them pass through you saying, “thank you for expressing”.

If one of the thoughts, emotions, judgments or feelings gets “stuck” in you and you cannot release it easily, use the Fear Processing Exercise (Chapter 2 Appendix), to release it, then continue with the Observation of the original item.

When the Observation is “done”, you will get a sense of completion and satisfaction.

Remember that if we went in without judgments or agendas, the resolution to the item will be independent of what we may believe should happen. If we feel unsatisfied, or that we wanted a different “result”, we need to process our “want” and do the Observation once more, this time without any hidden (to us) personal agendas or goals.

Now that you understand the type of observation we will be doing, for this next exercise, I would like you to Observe Sickness, Healing and Curing. At this time, we will Observe them individually… one at a time. It would be best if you can do this exercise several times before the event. That would be optimum. But if you find yourself unable to do it more than once because of time restrictions or other issues, simply reading through the instructions will trigger an Observation to take place. You can do these exercises with your eyes open or closed.

First Item: Sickness In this exercise we will Observe “sickness” in general terms until we “hit” one aspect that we are ready to Observe. Think of the word for now… sickness. As the energy of that word, the history behind it in your own life, your body’s life, your society’s life comes up, step out of the way and let the Universe Observe through you. If you choose, you can close your eyes now and simply Observe the energy of sickness and any images, data, emotions, feelings or thoughts that come up with it. We will do this until our “mind wanders” or “forgets to Observe anymore”.

When you are done, simply open your eyes, take a big breath, and as you breathe out, relax your shoulders, neck and then the rest of your body.

Second Item: Healing In this exercise we will Observe “healing” in general terms until we “hit” one aspect that we are ready to Observe. Think of the word for now… healing. As the energy of that word, the history behind it in your own life, your body’s life, your society’s life comes up, step out of the way and let the Universe Observe through you. If you choose, you can close your eyes now and simply Observe the energy of healing and any images, data, emotions, feelings or thoughts that come up with it. We will do this until our “mind wanders” or “forgets to Observe anymore”.

When you are done, simply open your eyes, take a big breath, and as you breathe out, relax your shoulders, neck and then the rest of your body.

2. Reconnecting with the human race

Often, we feel that our connection with other people is filled with sticky stuff. There is drama, duty, commitment, issues left and right, roles, expectations and other. As we step into our power, and as the human race becomes more powerful (able to do), other people’s “stuff” also “impinges” more in our own lives, bodies and energy fields.

This is even more amplified now that we are naturally coming back to a state of conscious collective awareness. In other words, we are moving into a state where we can freely and consciously connect with the entire human race or any individual in it, at any time. This ability is becoming more powerful every day. But how can we do it in a loving, kind, comfortable and safe way?

If you are familiar with “a state of Oneness”, you will sense that as human beings we are not really separate from each other, the universe or any other being in existence.

The ability to connect into the human collective, or any individual in it, is innate in every human being. But it has been suppressed for thousands of years. We know about “telepathy”, “empathy”, “gut feelings”, “premonition”, and other skills we have all felt at some point or another, but up to now they have been rare or something that only “special” people can do whenever they desire.

Not anymore. Now it is something that is awakening and available in every person whether they are awake or asleep.

In order to allow this connection to happen in a “conscious and stuff free mode”, the first thing we, each of us, can do is to process our fears around it.

Examples of fears:

“Everyone will find out about my secrets” “People won’t like me if they can see what I think” “It will be overwhelming” “I will have no privacy” “People will rob me/commit crimes against me if they know my password” “People will impinge too much in my energy and thoughts” “Others will be able to control me” “I will have too much power”

Fears lower our vibrational frequency. Our vibrational frequency will often dictate our actions and how we feel about the world. How we feel about the world is the brick and mortar of our manifestations. Therefore, if we are in a state of fear, then doors open for negative people, entities, and situations to enter our lives. It is almost like a self fulfilling cycle of negative action/ reaction that attracts “sticky stuff” from the human collective onto us.

Process your fear, and your vibrational frequency will raise. The higher it gets, the more able, capable and conscious you become and are more able to follow resonance and dissonance guidance during your connection and dealings with other people and beings.

Our society often reflects our natural tendencies and natures with technology. At the moment we have the Internet, for example. If you imagine yourself as being the computer, then the Internet will be the human collective (this is a very limited example as the internet cannot reflect the full spectrum of human experience). You are able to log in, open the internet connection via a browser or email client, and download whatever you are interested in. About twenty or thirty years ago, when we opened the email client, we would get a few emails and we would open them all. Nowadays we have filters and firewalls, we have a contact list of people we will immediately open

emails from, and the rest often stay unopened. Many people have tens of thousands of unopened emails in their inbox now and just as many in their junk box.

And this is just one way communication. When we start connecting with the human collective, the communication goes both ways, it’s open and active. So, for example, no one can enter your mind without your permission. And if someone is thinking of harming others in any way, our human nature would detect it and attempt to defuse by empowering kindness and good thoughts in them. Also, there would be no “unconscious” agreement to that type of interaction, so no harm could come to those who were being targeted.

Sometimes it is hard to remember that the majority of human beings are humane, kind, thoughtful, nurturing and want love, happiness, beauty, inspiration and companionship. When programmed or if they feel obliged or are forced to do “bad things to others” they break. They get PTSD, depression, and often commit suicide.

Our human collective, and the consciousness we can tap into within it, is loving, encompassing, has our happiness, growth, nurturing and evolution as it’s priorities. We are part of that. We create that. We are on this planet because the human collective has chosen that as its essence.

As we lovingly and kindly release those people who choose to stay asleep, in fear, in aggression, in addiction, in drama, in tiny little awareness fields, our own lives become more expansive and capable. We can Observe and also watch those who choose to stay in the lower frequency lives, and have a clear intent that we want and wish for them a Conscious life, yet we are aware that their higher self knows better than us what experience they need or want. We do, however, make clear boundaries and clear kind communication to them that we will not participate in those low vibrational experiences. That if they want to spend time with us, be part of our reality, they have to do it within our field of chosen vibrational frequency.

Reconnect with the Human Collective:

This is a very simple and short exercise that will move us a step closer to creating healthy connections with the people around us and the human collective in general. Do this at least once per day whenever you remember for the next few weeks.

Take a deep breath.

Look around you and see the people who are there. If there are no people around you, look at everything around you that was made by people (clothes, cars, house, fabrics, computers, phones, pictures, art, books…

Say (out loud if possible). “I allow the highest vibrational frequency from these individuals and their creations in my energy field.”

For the next few minutes simply be quiet and feel/sense/hear the energy from those people around you and/or their creations.

Do this exercise for as long as it feels comfortable and high frequency.

If at any time you feel a low frequency (energy, feeling, memory, thought) come into your field, simply Observe it, become curious about it, thank it and release it.

Take a few deep breaths or yawn a few times and continue with your day.

3. Superpowered Daydreaming as a tool of Manifestation

When we daydream, we both test possible realities and we also go beyond our physical reality to experience what it would be like to have what we might think is not possible here and now.

Superpowered Daydreaming is when you choose a daydream you really like for yourself, and you power it with strong Emotions and Knowing.

It is one of those very telling clues as to the nature of our reality that our bodies, environment and reality creation do not know the difference between a “real” experience and the experience we have from a strong “daydream”.

It is now well known that successful athletes (for example) will practise their “win” in their imagination over and over. They will daydream winning, feel the euphoria, the sense of accomplishment and more. Athletes who do this have an edge over those who don’t, or who worry they will lose.

There are some important steps to Superpowered Daydreaming.

1. Allow yourself to daydream without filters or limits. In other words, allow yourself to fully “indulge” in your dream.

2. If you get any feelings of disbelief, disappointment, denial (“this will never happen” type thoughts or attitude), then process those energies, thoughts and emotions and go back to your daydream.

3. Once you get the full blown satisfaction of having achieved your dream (you are living your desired outcome in your daydream), and feel happy, inspired and energized, DROP THE DETAILS. This is called “dropping the dream”. It is a method whereby we keep all the emotions and satisfaction generated from the daydream, but release the details of how we got there. For example: the dream is to own a house. You daydream that you have the house you saw in the area you want to move to, you are fixing dinner, or working in the study, or doing the

garden… it’s a beautiful day, all your stuff is there, your friends come around, you have a picnic

in the garden

house. Now, keep the feeling and thoughts, drop the specific house.

You get the full happy, satisfied feeling that you experience by owning that

4. You can do the exercise several times with the same item, but always make sure you drop the details and specifics at the end of your daydream, and keep the energy, feeling and sense of satisfaction and happiness.

5. Generate daydreams at least once per day until you lose interest or get the item manifested in your life.

6. You can generate daydreams by simply closing your eyes and living it. You can also help things along by making a “template” folder of photos and pictures, sentences and items that help you fall into a daydream.

7. Do not limit yourself by saying “I want it only this way”. Concentrate on the end result. For example, “I want a free or no mortgage house”. This puts in limits, negatives and it can simply be a way to negate your manifesting a house. Instead, use words such as, “it comes easy and is kept easily by me. Owning is effortless.” You never know, maybe you do need a mortgage/ loan in your life. Maybe it triggers a better job or income flow. Maybe it gives you stability and tax rebates… maybe it opens doors for you. This is why we don’t limit how we get the item. We simply daydream the ease and satisfaction of having it in our lives and allow our higher self and the universe to conspire to deliver that happiness and satisfaction to us.

8. Allow yourself to “pretend”. Do this often and regularly. “Let’s pretend I am fully awake, aware, conscious, enlightened, empowered, powerful, able, capable, happy, satisfied, healthy, energetic, inspired, nurtured, loved, able to love and nurture.”

9. “Let’s pretend that I embody the paradigm I choose for this planet now, every moment, every thought, every emotion, every communication I have from now and for as long as I live”.

When we pretend, we allow ourselves permission to experience what social, cultural and life experience programs have told us is impossible. The more we pretend, the more those programs are overridden and the more a high frequency and wonderful life become reality for us and those around us.

We pretend without physical limitations. For example, we might think cats have the best life on the planet. So we daydream and pretend we are a cat for an hour per day for the next few weeks. We really go for it and daydream being a cat and everything we think that feels like. At the end of a few weeks, we will have made actual changes in our life that reflect what attracts us so much to being a cat. In “reality” we “know” we cannot be a cat right now. But as we daydream being a cat, we get the full experience and our reality creation abilities don’t know we are not a cat when we are being one. So, it reflects a wonderful experience for us in our present shape; human, that has what we were attracted to in cats experience of reality.

4. Choosing resonant timelines as we embody the New Paradigm.

There are two stages to vibrantly embodying the New Paradigm and stepping into the most resonant timeline you have access to (which go hand in hand).

Staying within resonance and stepping out of dissonance

Being in full integrity within and outside of yourself.

What do these things mean?

To stay in resonance means to stay true to our wishes, intents and desires. If this means we want to expand our awareness and raise our vibrational frequency, then we keep a high vibrational frequency in our thoughts, actions, decisions and choices during the day and night. Being in full integrity means that we step out of social and cultural programs, programs and desires about the way we perceive ourselves and conduct ourselves, including things like doing what others want us to do so that they love us or so that they are happy. Or doing something because it’s what “men/women” do, for example.

These might seem like a tall order, but if we start with small steps we can achieve them very quickly. These are the small steps we can start taking now, to get into a fully resonant state:

We totally realize and own that WE are the ones who BECOME the new paradigm. That it is not something that happens to us, something we travel to, use an energy body to get to, or anything we wait to happen at an ‘ultra-rare and important date,’ time, or place. We are the ones who become the new paradigm in thought, action, beingness, frequency, vibration and intent.

If you don’t want it in the new paradigm, then don’t do it. This could be thinking negative thoughts, saying unkind words to yourself or others, doing hurtful or frustrating things during most of your waking hours.

Don’t lie.

This might seem to be a very strange thing to address as one of the first steps to fully embodying the new paradigm. But it is. Most people will say a little lie at least once per day. These could be “little white lies” that make people feel better, or it could be things such as staying in a conversation well past the point of them having lost interest in what is being talked about.

Lying can be an action, sentence, smile, frown, the clothes we are wearing, not answering an incoming call then saying we didn’t see it… it could be many “small things”. Why is it so important not to lie? Because the lies feed a reality we don’t want to take part in. That’s why we lie, we are stepping away from our own integrity to accommodate another person or make our lives easier. This is not fair on ourselves or the other person. As we start being and saying only truth, we start pushing into a life that is completely true to ourselves. We start expressing our true selves. If you are in a situation where lying would have given you a diplomatic “out”, and don’t know how to proceed, then literally state what you are feeling, for example:

You are bored of a conversation with another person:

-the lie: Oh, I just remembered I have to be at the dentist in half an hour, sorry, I have to go. -the truth: I am feeling a bit uncomfortable right now because I lost interest in what we are talking about and I really want to go and play on my computer instead, I don’t want you to take offence so I was going to lie to you and say I had an appointment or something. But, that’s not true, so I will just go now.

What can happen is that the person will want to make you more comfortable and offer to talk about something else that YOU are interested instead. If they do that, tell them they are kind but you are ready to go and make your move. Another person might get totally triggered and attack you

verbally for wanting to leave them. Don’t take it personally, most people have huge abandonment issues and others will take offence. Sincerely apologize and leave. As it happens, when we start playing with these possible scenarios in our minds, we can then process all the emotions and energies we might get from them, and when we do start telling the truth, people react very supportively and friendly toward us. Very “matter of fact” about our truths.

Start spending at least an hour per day on your absolutely most favorite activities on the planet. This is very important and not something to procrastinate on or put off in any way.

Spend some time during the week in “meditation/contemplation” where you simply ARE without any actions, reactions, jobs, doings, happenings, reading, computing, internetting, communicating, planning and such. Again, this is important. If possible, do this daily.
