ACTIVITY PLAN 2019

I. NAME OF ACTIVITY:
 2-DAY YOUTH CAMP 2019
 Bayanihan or Clean-Up Drive
 Gift Giving
II. RATIONALE:
This activity is intended to facilitate the exploration of the issues and concerns regarding self and
identity to arrive at a better understanding of one's self. It strives to meet this goal by stressing the
integration of the personal with the extra-curricular activity - contextualizing matters outside the
classroom and in the everyday experiences of students—making for better learning, generating a new
appreciation for the learning process, and developing a more critical and reflective attitude while
enabling them to manage and improve their selves to attain a better quality of life.
To deepen and strengthen the Understanding of oneself for every students with the celebration
of the Year of the Youth within the community.
III. OUTCOMES:
o UNDERSTANDING THE SELF
 Students will become more matured enough in dealing with the
community services.
 Students will become more responsible in preserving our
Environment.
 Students will better understand the true meaning of nationalism.
 Students will embrace the value of generosity.

IX. PROVISIONS:
o Participants are those who are currently enrolled in the subject of
UNDERSTANDING THE SELF
o NO ID! NO ENTRY!
o Registration Fee for Meals and Snacks (for proper deliberation)
o Liquors, Electronic Cigarettes and Vapes are STERNLY PROHIBITED!
o OBSERVE PROPER DRESS CODE
o NO bringing of Deadly Weapons
o Participants should bring tents, personal belongings, toiletress and
other personal hygiene.
o Any LOSSES of your personal things, the school and the event
organizers are NOT RESPONSIBLE.
o NO GADGETS during SESSIONS and Liturgical Activities.
o OBSERVE PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL
o OBSERVE SCHOOL POLICIES

 COMMITTEES
o STEERING COMMITTEE / CORE GROUP – over all In-charge of the
events
o Secretariat Committee – responsible for registration, attendance,
ID’s or Name Tags and Certificates.
o Food Committee – responsible for preparation and distribution
o Documentation Committee – In-charge for documentations and
reports
o Security Committee – responsible for order, and safety of the event
and participants as well as in the venue.
o First Aid Committee – responsible medical assistance
o Transportation Committee – responsible for vehicles
o Finance Committee – responsible for budget
o Communication Committee – responsible for communication letters,
programs and waivers.
o Liturgical Committee – responsible for liturgical matters.
o Preparation Committee – In-charge for the preparations of the event.
o Restoration Committee – In-charge for the post-event.
