Greetings,
On the 150th Birth anniversaries of our beloved Mohandas Karemchand Gandhi, being
Gandhian ideologist, philosopher, social reformer bring following truth before Society:
1. Golden Jubilee celebrated as Haryana Khadi & Village Industries Board separated as on
1-2-1969, adopting the Punjab Khadi & Village Industries Board Act, 1955, replacing
Punjab with Haryana.
2. The officials top to bottom are responsible for Gross Negligence in overall supervision in
KVIB, Haryana because they committed blunder mistake, even I brought it with the
seniors then awarded with charge sheets, at last unavoidable circumstances I moved
voluntarily retirement at the time of promotion before 5 years, facing challenge to settle my
son & daughter.
They misguided public with wrong Punjab Khadi & Village Industries Board Act.
3. On the official website of Haryana Khadi & Village Industries Board, the legislation
claimed is wrong & illegal, even under RTI Act same unlawful copies were supplied against
payments, misusing power & authorities, twisted the facts before Inquiry officer appointed
by the Govt. in complaint No. 110 of 2017.
4. Even 1983 on-words public funds incurred on the printing of wrong Punjab Khadi &
Village Industries Board Act, 1955, the said amount to be recovered with penalty.

giving opportunity to explain in person, crossed Intolerance but I am providing right
versions of the Punjab Khadi & Village Industries Board Act, 1955, dully amended for
applicable in Haryana, to replace on official website, accepting their defeat.
