along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile to be cut as per required size Rs 71 per

Floor Guard : prodiving and fixing floor guard material in all places where tiles will be applied.

2. WASHROOMS
1 Removing Tile and fittings : removing existing tile from floor and walls + all fittings as per actual
Plumbing : installation of all concealed pipes, fittings, nani traps. Plumbing wall to be added for
2 concealed flush tank if required. Washbasin, faucets, bottle trap, angular valve, master cock, WC,
flush tank, flush plate, health faucet, two way bib cock - to be installed after tiling work

Floor Tiling : poviding and fixing vitrified tile flooring (SIMPOLO : POZZOLANA GRIS) of
3 dimensions 4'X2' along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile to be cut as 51 sqft
per required size on site and residue to be reused as and when possible as directed.

Wall Tiling : poviding and fixing vitrified tile flooring (SIMPOLO : PANERO GRIS) of dimensions
4 195x1200mm along with 1 1/2" thick cement sand bedding of 1:4 mortor. The tile to be cut as per 100 sqft
required size on site and residue to be reused as and when possible as directed.
Granite : laying steel grey granite with leather finish on the plumb wall. 6mm groove between tile

Teak wood patti : laying 1.5" teak wood patti after leaving 6mm groove after tile and 6mm groove

2. CEILING
Gypsum Ceiling : Gypsum false ceiling using GI section Gyp steel with gypsum sheets and
1 jointing compound as per standard company make. Executing the ceiling as per design with
required grooves and cutouts for light holes.

 3. FURNITURE TO BE MADE
NOTE : This includes both CARPENTRY work and FABRICATION work. The work has been numbered as per units. The details have been shown in
drawings of individual elements. PAINT POLISH details mentioned.
Tables : Table base : with 3" MS pipe, 12mm MS base pate, 1"x1" MS box section frame finished
1 with paint and table top: with 18mm ply finished with laminate (The Mini Celestial Wald MNR (4x8) + (6x3)
7707) and Bidding patti border with rounded edges finished with polish
Service station : Drawers with soft close channel. Shutters with L-Hinge. Both fnished with
Birchwood veneer with 3mm grooves at 1" intervals finished with polish. Drawers with internal
2 division for spoons and forks lined with felt material. Shelf inside storage and inside laminate to be 2 units
finished with light grey laminate. Round legs in wood to be tapered at the ends and at an angle
(as per detail) and with levelling buffers at the bottom
Sofa : 19mm fixed ply for sofa back layered with 3" thick back rest with U foam(40 density)
upholstered in fabric (fabric as per selection) with Quilting to be done at 3 1/2" distance. 19mm ply
3 for sofa seat with 4" thick seat ( 3" rubber foam with pencil holes + 1" U foam 40 density ) 37 rft
upholstered in fabric (fabric as per selection). sofa base in ply finished with Laminate as per
selection
