Respected sir,
As per your directions celebration of all events in the year are distributed to the different
departments. From these events celebration of Shivjayanti is allotted to Mechanical Department
which is on 19/02/2019. So mechanical engineering department want to organize different
competitions like Rangoli, Essay, Poster presentation, Elocution competition with Exhibition of
instruments used in era of Shivaji Maharaj, adventure arts and followed by guest speech. Total
expenditure for all of the above is approximately Rs. 35000/-. The Schedule of all program &
details of expenditure are attached with application.
So, we kindly request you to please give permission & sanction the budgeted amount for the
same.
