How:
I like to workshop difficult issues using engaging and interactive activities; I give tools to the participants so that they
can participate whichever way works the best for them and learn at their pace and in their own way, I believe we
need to claim our own learning spaces and I encourage all learners to do so. I am also very flexible within a clear
structure. I learn best when things are clear and I know what is expected of me so I make sure I am clear and that I
listen to the group
