 Creative Writing in community venue: Carmelite Centre €20 p/hr (mix of member and tutor led)

Gateway Strategic Review:

Development workshops (and focus groups) for first half of 2019 will be related to reviewing
purpose of project with members and key stakeholders as follows:

 Management Committee to invite previous project leads and respected peers to engage in
a review of Gateway’s purpose. Q1 2019.
 Engage members in a World Café to review Gateway’s purpose and how best to develop
and run the project. Q2 2019.
 Engage members, funders and supporters in a consultation on Gateway’s purpose,
operation and strategic direction. Q3/ Q4 2019.
 Address operational issues as emerge and agree with members Q3 / Q4.
 Develop Gateway’s strategy 2020- 2023. Q1 2020.
