more thoughtfully from day 1. But the same constraints for
traditional companies reaching 100 people.

Slite is a simple, collaborative documentation tool that
helps businesses stay organized and work more
thoughtfully.

1st move was Arnaud. Awesome, but would stay in Tours.
It fitted our vision, he matched our values. We went for it.

But remote wasn’t yet a clear path for us. Next few junior
folks were hired in Paris, 1 senior was hired in Lyon.

For a brief 3 months, we were all collocated in San
Francisco, while in YCombinator accelerator.

We raised a large round and 2x the team. When looking
for experienced folks we saw the huge benefits of remote.
