EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

occupational Safety and Health Regulations approved by Supreme decree No. 009-2005-TR.
The present Article 1 establishes.- "This Regulation develops law No. 29783, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and aims to
promote a culture of prevention of occupational hazards in the country, on the basis of the observance of the duty of prevention of
employers, the role of supervision and control of the State and the participation of workers and their trade union organizations. "

workplace, 30% of students, believe that the prevention of accidents at their TRA center Low is important, and at 90% of students
would be interested to participate in a talk of occupational risk prevention

The law school consents to its leading role and committed to the citizenry proposes the development of the project: Diffusion
campaign: Prevention of risks during the working hours, in the educational institution fattens "Rafael Gastelua ",
District of Matipo, Province of 2019. having as an instrument for the sample to be used will be a survey with closed questions,
aimed at determining how much the citizen of prevention knows.
Likewise it will be developed taking into account the following phases: identification of the problematic which will identify the
diagnosis and organization of the project, planning of the project of social intervention, will establish the execution of the
workshop, The objectives, goals and timetable of activities, Implementation of the project of social intervention will be carried out
the intervention of the community and the stage of evaluation and improvement of the project of social intervention of which they
will be Identifying achievements, evaluations and proposals for improvement and presentation of the final report.
