ADDENDUM TO REGULAR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This ADDENDUM TO REGULAR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (the “Agreement”)

entered into on April ____, 2019 by and between ______ (the “Company”), and _____
(“Employee”), hereinafter collectively.

This Agreement amends and modifies as follows the REGULAR EMPLOYMENT

CONTRACT (the “Contract”) dated November 15, 2018 made and entered into by the
parties hereto.

May it be known that the undersigned parties, for good consideration, do hereby
agree to make the following changes and/or additions outlined below. These changes
and/or additions shall be made valid as if they are included in the original stated
Contract.

1. Paragraph 3 of the Contract between the Parties states thus–

3. SCOPE OF WORK. The Employee commits to diligently and faithfully perform

the duties attendant to the aforementioned position, the specific tasks and
responsibilities incorporated herein and any and all other duties and functions
as discussed in the Job Description and/or as may be assigned by the Company
from time to time, including but not limited to the following:

a. Perform all functions related to the application of Information and

Communication Technologies in the Travel Agency Business and all other
travel- and overseas business-related activities such as providing
quotation services, planning and marketing of products and services or
overall end-to-end customer/ client support;
b. Process, compile databases and information related, but not limited to,
Tariff Management, Global Arrangements with overseas or global
corporations;
c. Perform such other functions as may be from time to time assigned by the
Company through its authorized representative(s).

2. In accordance with the aforestated provision, the Employee agrees to perform

additional work functions defined by the Company. The same having been deemed
vital and necessary for the continuation of the business process assigned to the
Employee.

3. For all services rendered by Employee under this Agreement, the Company agrees to
pay Employee additional compensation in the amount of ONE THOUSAND,
Philippine Currency (PHP 1,000.00) per month, which shall be payable to
Employee not less frequently than monthly, or as is consistent with the Company’s
practice for its other employees.

4. No other terms or conditions of the above-mentioned contract shall be negated or

changed as a result of this here stated addendum.
