• Take-off quantities through drawings & specifications for pre-contract and post contract works.

• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates and materials required.

• Preparation of B.O.Qs & Material re-conciliation reports

• Float the inquiries to the subcontractors / suppliers & preparation of comparison statements for the
finalization & other purpose.

• Comparing BOQ, Cost Control, Evaluating project progress plan v/s actual, Sub contractor agreement and
management.

• Assisting in development of electrical engineering documents and working with other engineers and
designers.

• Preparing As built Drawings and arranging Project close out documents.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Logs, plans and reports for Electrical, HVAC &
Plumbing services.

• Prepare Technical submittal to obtain approval from client/consultant.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participant.

• Preparing RFIs, Variations, Contractual letters, Client Contractor Correspondences, Method Statements.
