AttainU is pleased to offer you a position on our team, in the role of ​Student Mentor​. I look forward to discussing 
the following terms put forward for this position, and upon mutual agreement, signing this contract. 
 
Term of Assignment: Your initial assignment period will begin on July 1, 2019 and run until September 30th, 2019. 
Upon the completion of this 3-month period, based on your performance, we will discuss a renewal of this 
contract. Your assignment requires you to be working 1.5 hours/5 days a week, and be available on an as-need 
basis off hours. 
 
Scope of Work:  
● You will be reviewing assignments and coding challenge submissions made by AttainU students 
● You will be answering questions asked by students over the slack session. 
● You will be notifying your manager about the non-submission of challenge solutions and assignments by 
students 
● You will be reporting to ​Ansal Mon  
 
Compensation: Your gross compensation has been agreed to Rs. 1000 (one thousand) per student per month 
for three months. So if you are mentoring four students per month, you will be paid Rs. 4000 (four thousand) per 
month. 
 
Jurisdiction: This agreement is to be construed in accordance with Indian law. 
 
Intellectual Property Rights: All work created under this agreement shall be the property of AttainU. You agree 
to assign, without further compensation, to AttainU or its designee the entire rights, title, patents, copyrights and 
other proprietary interests which you either individually or jointly conceive, develop, or create within the scope 
of this agreement. This section shall survive the expiration, termination, or cancellation of this agreement. 
Confidentiality: You shall not, either during the period of this agreement or following completion of the 
agreement, disclose to any person, any Confidential Information acquired during your activities as an 
employee, relating to AttainU's financial data, products, trade secrets, management systems, contracts, grants, 
or any other confidential information, for your benefit or the benefit of others even after the completion of the 
assignment, either directly or indirectly without the written consent from the management.
