To whomever it may concern,

I am currently looking for part-time work and am interested in working as a receptionist

for The Great American Backrub. English is my first language and have experience speaking
professionally to clients and suppliers. I am friendly and personable and enjoy interacting with
people as I have worked in the food services industry, product design and project management
field and as a tutor and dance/music instructor. I am very organized and can keep track of
schedules as I am involved in a lot of project management in my full-time career and manage my
own finances. I am adept at using computers and a large variety of programs and can learn very
quickly.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or would like to meet with me in person. I
can be reached through email (Michael.je.lam@gmail.com) or via phone (289-242-2911). I look
forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Michael Lam
