During the period 2004 - 2014, Indonesia economy could grow by an average of 5.

7 percent per year,

despite the financial crisis and global recession in 2008. These growth bringing Indonesia in 2011
become ranked 16th in the world

Indonesia's per capita income in 2015 was US $ 3,412 (IMF), if the economic growth just grow at 5
percent per year, then Indonesia per capita income in 2030 may only reach US $ 7,247 and these still in
the range of US $ 5,000-15,000, so Indonesia will be traped as middle income country.

The middle income trap is a situation when a country has success in achieving a middle income level, but
the industry is not competitive so the products cannot be exported while production costs continue to
increase due to high salary of workers. To get out of this trap the economy must grow higher than 5
percent and it could be achieved by developing the industry massively supported by innovation and
proper technology.

Considering the impact of industrial polution to environment, environment friendly technology will be
introduced at initial stage when developing industries.

To support Indonesia out of the middle income trap and maintain its sustainability, near the end of
2018 PT. Maiki Akur Surya Lestari (PT. MASL) was established with the aim of:

• To improve the competitiveness, PT. MASL will work with companies or industries in order to
