11 EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT

Designing, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of
underground effluent treatment plant (ETP) including all electrical &
mechanical equipments, piping, valve sleeves, control panels based
on any technology like MBR basis, recirculation pump, wiring panel
etc. complete in all respects, including all equipments and
H11.1 consumable materials of ETP but excluding all civil work of
R.C.C. tanks for the following incoming and outgoing parameters. The
rate shall be inclusive of operation and maintenance for twelve
months including man power but excluding the consumable items
complete. The design basis considered to size the treatment plant is
as follows including as required in the specification etc.
Note: All works to be carried out to the relevant IS
Specifications whether so mentioned in the description of works or
not.
Flow : Effluent =70m3/ day for 12 hours operation

TSS : 250-350 mg/l
BOD : 200-400 mg/l
COD : 500-600 mg/l
pH : 7.0 - 8.5
Oil & Grease : 50-70 mg/l
T-N : 35 - 40 as N mg/l

BOD : < 2 mg/l
COD : < 20 mg/l
pH : 7.5 - 7.8

Recirculation pump of suitable capacity including wiring panel
The proposal should include the following units in general.
However the alternate proposals will also be considered, if found
technically suitable.

Including all Electrical, mechanical and piping works complete in all
respects on a "Turnkey" . basis. Rate quoted shall also include for
obtaining necessary approvals from the Pollution Control Board &
other statutory bodies as applicable, for trial run & commissioning of
the plant with performance Guarantee for 3 years from the date of
commissioning for trouble free performance.

By Pass Arrangement before treated water Sump and from other units
as required.
Foundations of the packaged units and other equipment
Operation and Maintenance shall be done through the Packaged Unit
Set 1
Supplier.
