Established in 2015, The Menu Group (TMG) is a group of passionate young professionals

dedicated to developing food ventures that feature creative concepts, and which cater to diverse
markets. Since its formation, TMG has been behind concept restaurants, Sangkap Filipino
Restaurant and Sobremesa by Chef Benjo Tuason. Sangkap currently has two branches located in
Ayala Malls Feliz and Ayala Malls Vertis North. Sobremesa, on the other hand, has two branches
also located at The Sapphire Bloc, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, and at the Shang ri La Plaza,
Mandaluyong City.

In addition to these, TMG is expanding its reach in the restaurant industry with its
involvement in management and minor stakes in Ryu Ramen and Curry in Makati City.

To capture a wider scope of the food and beverage industry, the group has also branched
into the food court administration of Tower Café at Philamlife Tower, Makati City.

These involvements are made more sensible with its incorporation of Platho, a manpower
Services agency that provides qualified personnel to TMG companies.

Harvard Uy De Baron
Marketing

Harvard finished Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Asia and the Pacific and since
then he has been involved in several businesses including an insurance brokerage and new concept
restaurants. He also established his own non-profit organization and has recently been included as
one of the top food bloggers in the country. TMG has given him the Marketing Director position,
handling branding of all the businesses under the group.

Kris Mandap
Human Resources

Seasoned BPO professional with over 15 years’ experience in managing portfolios spanning
different industries for multiple clients across various geographies. Expertise in management,
contract negotiations and employee management. Currently employed as VP of Operations with
the largest BPO company in the world. He leverages his experience in the BPO industry on people
management with his current role for TMG as Human Resources Director, ensuring compliance
with local labor laws and people development.
