How to Edit the Shirasagi Residence Website

1. Go to ​www.weebly.com​ and login to the account.

2. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Edit Website’ to enter the site design interface
3. You will see the Home page in the backend’s ‘Build’ mode.
a. Use Build mode to add widgets and components to the website such as text, photos, etc. by
dragging them from the side panel onto the web page
b. You can also edit existing components by clicking on them.

4. Click on any part of the website to edit it. If you click on the tabs at the top of the website, you will
be redirected to that page and can edit its contents.
a. All widgets appearing in the Build Mode side panel are free to use except HD Video
 Editing Text

Editing Photos

1. Click ‘Upload Image’ from the photo block on the web page. Upload from computer, search on
Weebly, or paste an image’s URL address
2. To edit or change the photo, respectively, click on the photo and click ‘Edit’ or ‘Replace’
a. Crop, Add Filters, Adjust (Brightness, Saturation, Contrast, etc.), Add Text, Focus
(Sharpness)

Edit and View Pages

1. This is the Pages view of the website, it has all of the pages on the website listed on the side
panel.
a. *All subpages underneath Internal, including Internal are hidden from the public, you
must enter the URL or hit the shortcut to redirect to the Internal Page
b. Do not change the order of the pages
 c. No changes should be made to the visibility or SEO settings of any of the pages

2. For a shortcut to the Internal side of the website, go to the Home page and scroll to the bottom.
Click on the building icon in the bottom left hand corner, it will redirect to the internal page

Save Your Work!

Once you make changes, click ‘Publish’ in the top-right hand corner. Please note that if you are doing
grand-scale changes, work step-wise. Prioritize edits that can be published altogether. All pieces that
require more time should be done after. The site automatically saves and can be published later.
