Responsibilities –
★ personnel in safety as per needs.
• Conduct Tool Box Talk (TBT) meeting.
• Verification of near miss report.
• Prepare report on violation of safety
• Verification of LOTO system. (Lock out Tag out)
• Selection and checking of PPE suck as safety shoes, safety helmets, goggles, hand gloves
and safety harness.
• Ensuring the Work Permit before start job
• Welding.
(a) Inspection of tools & equipment used in welding process.
• Gas cutting.
(b) Inspection of tools & equipment used in gas cutting process.
• Rigging and Slinging.
a) Check weather properly tested, assembled, marked & color coded lifting tackles f
adequate slinging strengths is used, check crane, driver, operators are given instruction
by a designated banks man for proper signaling check slings before lifting load.
• Confined Space.
(a) Check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation
and ensuring precaution.
• Working at Height. (WAH)
(a) Check weather workers are using safety harness. If they are working at/above 2Mtrs.
Height inertia reel/fall arrester used while moving at height.
• Scaffolding.
(b) Proper Claques scaffolding
• House Keeping.
• Excavation
