School
MAYUR VIHAR-1

Dear Parent

At ASN, we provide a strong foundation by imparting education based on moral values rooted
in our civilization, culture, tradition and history so as to become relevant , meaningful and
therefore having a connect and reach to everyone.

Summer Vacation Holiday Homework is an initiative on our part to develop and refine
Creative Thinking Skills, one of the key competencies, for the 21 st century learners. Not only
the prescribed project/activities will allow students to remain flexible but also will provide
them with the capacity to deal with the opportunities and challenges that are part of our
complex and fast changing world.

The submissions made will also be incorporated in the Student Portfolio (a concept introduced
for class IX and X by CBSE as part of curriculum from session 2019-20.)

Although students have to do the assigned project/ activities on their own, we urge you to
share, communicate and encourage your child’s enthusiasm and effort.

Let us together join hands and embrace the responsibilities of nurturing our children into
responsible Global Citizens!!
