on her instruction and on her behalf I serve you the notice as under:-
That you were married to my client on 3rd March 2016 at ____________ church at Mumbai
as per christen rites and ceremonies in the presence of friends, relatives and family members
of yours as well as of my client.
My client state that after your marriage you have shifted to my client’s residence at a
128K, Dmello Compound, Somnath Lane Hill road, Near Holy Family Hospital, Bandra
(west), Mumbai-400050 and lived together as husband and wife and cohabited with each
other.
My client state that your behaviour toward my client started changing toward my client after
few months of the marriage. You have started behaving rude and indifferent to my client.
You have started abusing my client mentally and physically reasons best know to you.
My client state that she always try to cope up and try to fulfill your illegal and illogical
demands time to time. my client submit that she has her opinion that your behaviour will
change toward her in laps of time contrary to her opinion your behaviour has drop to worst.
My client state that on 2nd February 2018 you have physically abuse my client without any
reason and verbally you have used slang language against my client and her family
members.
My client state that many time she try to solve the issue settle the matter among yourself
with the help of your and her parents, relatives and common friends among you but no result
came as your behaviour towards her keep deteriorating and now its becoming in human and
she going under mental trauma because of yours in human behaviour and nature. Why you
are adopted this nature best know to you.

mis treat and ill treat her then my client will not have any other option then take legal action
against you. My client will be forced to lodge criminal action
