II. PROPOSAL CONTENT

1. Preliminary
In this globalization era, the using of smartphone become more popular
day by day. Everyone try to buy the newest and the best one. Without thinking
about the price, because of this they cant stop the smartphone user to buy it.

Because of smartphone user that always increase day by day without can
be prevent, serving a stuff to make the smartphone become more beautiful is one
of the opportunity for us as a millenial’s generation to open a business. However
in this Industry 4.0 era, this kind of business already supported by online system
that make the customer become easier to access.

This why, we want to open a smartphone case business that has a big
opportunity in this day situation. Because, in fact, the smartphone’s company it
self still can’t full fill the customer request. But from our business we can fulfill
the customer willing by made a smartphone case that suitable with their willing.

We know that smartphone case business is not a rare business anymore but
we believe that our product can survive more that another business that has the
same product because we try to give our best product that suitable with customer
style and wallet.

2. Core Part

a. Customer Segment
The main target of our product’s customer is a 14 until 25 years old,
a boy or a girl. Eventually our product can access buy everyone
because this business is a business that fulfill the customer willing, so
all of the design is from the customer. But seeing the age of human

that still love to decorate their smartphone is a human about 14 until 25
years old, so we decided the main target is them

b. Value Preposition
There are already many casing businesses throughout the
archipelago, but not a few are of poor quality. There are still many who
provide casings that have low quality, the results of the products do not
match the images that are served as well as complaints for buyers.
Therefore, our products are different from other casing businesses
where our products will maximize the quality of our products.

And also providing various requests for buyers, here buyers can
submit pictures that they want to be pictures on their casings. So that
buyers will be more satisfied because of the products according to their
wishes and have the appropriate design.

c. Channel
To prove the superiority of our products, of course, not only with
its superiority. We will print products with the best machine machines
at affordable prices, not forgetting we will also use quality product
products.
In addition, we will also be able to meet customer demand to the
maximum by providing a choice of options for images on the casing,
so that everyone from any circle of interests will have interest because
we are present with what they are interested in.

d. Customer Relationship
The relationship with the customer is one of the important thing to
run a business because if the customer love the way we can have a success
business. And then, Every customer has a different character, because

maintaining an attitude in front of the customer is the basis of doing
business. Serving politely and politely, doing everything possible to follow
their wishes.

e. Key Activities
To support this production activity, we will use sales through
social media or what we can call an online shop where this is a trend in
the industrial era 4.0, the online business itself has become one of the
biggest businesses in the industry 4.0 era. so using online shop and
also having an offline shop will help afford buyers in accessing our
business.

f. Revenue Streams
As I explained earlier, we will use an online shope system. Well,
from this online shop, the income is not only from the sale of our
products, but also to endorse or promote other products that we will
get paid for. And this is one of the profit opportunities that we can take.

g. Key Resource
Of course to force this business to be needed, machines and ink
with good quality. In addition, labor is also needed to assist in printing
if demand from consumers has begun to increase.

h. Key Partnership
To form an online shop, it definitely needs contributions from
several companies that provide assistance to online shop such as Buka
Lapak, Shopee, Tokopedia, GoJek, and Grab.
This is needed to make it easier for consumers to obtain our products.
