1. What have you learned about the Culture of Africa from the readings of their literature ?
Answer :
- From what I've read, African Culture is the varied and consist of mixture of countries with various tribes. The
culture of ethnic group centeres on family and can be found in each group's art, music and oral literature.

2. What have you learned about the history of Africa from the readings of their literature ?
Answer :
- I have learned that the western african people was slaved during the past. And also their colonies are scattered
and lately forgotten by many people.

3. How significant is the use of literature in remodeling Africa into a better country ?
Answer :
- The significance of the use of literature on remodelling africa into a better country is the way how the writers
connects to the readers. Through their writings, african culture can be fostered and be prospered, particularly on
their cultures.

4. What have you learned about the culture of Asia from the readings of their literature ?
Answer :
- I've learned that the Asian Culture are vast and enormous. Since it is consists of oral and written literatures. This
literatures are often associated with style accompanied with rich and complex tradition of literary production that
dates back many centuries.

5. What is Wisdom Literature ?

Answer :
- it is the biblical books of Job, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, Wisdom of Solomon, and Ecclesiasticus
collectively. It has also similar works, especially from the ancient Near East, containing proverbial sayings and
practical maxims.

6. How important is Literature in developing morals or values ?

Answer :
- Literature is an important means of world making, of making sense of our lives and of reflecting, reinforcing but
also constructing the norms and values we lived today.

7. Characterized Philippine literature based on your readings of specific literature written in Filipinos.
Answer :
 - For me Philippine Literature is associated with the Philippines from pre-history. It is also an oral written
literature and destroyed by the Spanish during their conquests, and spanish languge became predominant. The
authors of the Philippine literature was a heroes indeed because they fought our independence and our history
through their writings.

8.How important is literary criticism ?

Answer :
- As a tool in literary studies, critic plays an important role in doing studies or analysis about literary work.
Applying criticism make our focus on certain element or aspect of literary work sharper than reading as usual. The
reader can focus in an aspect as his/her interest toward the literary work.

9. How can we appreciate literature ?

Answer :
- We can appreciate literature by understanding and learning the literary works by applying it to us. In a way of
sharing it to others. The author makes us work with our imagination and making this a wonderful experience. This
is my way of appreciating literature.
