Always wear hand gloves during lifting and installation works. Daily tool box meting on site is
required before start to work and shall be attended by permit issuer or client representative.
Proper coordination required with the end-user for any activity to be performed. Only competent
persons shall work on this project.
All activities should be performed under a valid work permit signed by the permit
issuer after joint inspection with the permit receiver. During installation, that copy of JSA
shall be attached to every work permit and shall be displayed on site until duration of work.
Employees shall work out only the scope of work mentioned in the work permit.
