➔ Starting as an assistant Nurse

➔ Promotion to Dutch Registered Nurse depending on client after 1 year
◆ Board exam in Dutch
➔ Same benefits as a Dutch person
➔ Avg. 36h/week
➔ First 3 months only day shifts
➔ Buddy system

Compensation
➔ Same as Dutch employee
➔ Based on Collective Labour Agreement
➔ 15% irregularity supplements
➔ 25 days paid holiday leave (5 weeks)
➔ 8% ‘Vacation bonus’ once per year over total salary
➔ Sick leave with remain of pay after first day
➔ Sponsorship of almost all costs to come to Netherlands
