LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PR

Note: - Kindly submit all the documents in the appropriate format such as documents must
be original color scans and must be in PDF format. The size of each pdf file must be less than
or equal to 3MB and properly named. Each file must be clearly visible and of straight view

1. Passport Copy Current as well as Old (if any) – All 36 pages.

2. All current and previous temporary residence permits, if applicable and available

3. Correspondence from previous attempts to immigrate to Canada through provincial or federal


immigration categories. Include correspondence received from the provincial or Canadian
government associated with each previous application.

4. Birth Certificate in English Language

• Children and if applicable below mention documents
 Adoption papers if adopted child.
 Custody documents for children under age 19 (0-18) if accompanying, proof that
the children may accompany the principal applicant to Canada

5. Leaving Certificate (of principal applicant and spouse)

• From 10th to Highest Education - All Marksheets including Fail(if so) and Degree
Certificate

9. IELTS Result (valid for 2 years from the date of Exam)

10. Educational Credential Assessment Report(ECA)

11. All Work Experience documents (Applicant & Spouse) of all the companies where you have
worked
• Offer letter
• Appointment letter
• Confirmation letter
• Promotion / Increment letter
• Income Tax Return with Computation of Income and form 16 (last 3 years)
• Pay slips (last 6 months)

12. If Self Employed then


• Letter head of the company with self Declaration

• Business registration (Gumasta Dhara, Certificate of incorporation).
• If partner then partnership deed
• All types of tax registration (like Service tax, VAT, GST, CST etc).
• Current account bank statement ( for last 6 months)
• Income tax returns of Company as well as personal with computation of Income

13. If Free lancer


• Invoice Bills
• Third party letter (letter from the client for which he worked)
• Savings Account Bank Statement
• Personal Income Tax Return with Computation of Income
• Visiting Card

14. 8 photographs of all applicants in file


50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures
between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural
top of head)

15. Police Clearance certificate. – [If principal applicant; spouse & children (above 18 years) has
stayed for more than 6 months outside India] ( we need this document after invitation from
• PVC or PCC ( will be guided by the counselor as per your address history)

16. Medical Report[For Principal Applicant, Spouse, Child(If any)]


• Medical examination for Canada PR is done from the appropriate hospital where panel of
doctors are decided. You will be given acknowledgement by the hospital while the report will
be directly sent to high commission of applying country. You need to take appointment from
the hospital and then visit there for examination with required documents.

17. Financial documents/investment proofs must be on the name of principal applicant or spouse or
joint name of both ONLY no third person’s name will be allowed

• Other Investments in Government or Non-Government Institutions that can be withdrawn by
certain extent (like NSC, KVP, etc.)

NOTE:-

a) Debentures, Credit Cards, lines of credit, gold, property or business are not accepted as
Settlement Funds
b) Proof Of Funds must:
• Be official letters, official statements, and/or certificates from one or more financial
institutions.
• Have been maintained at least 3 months prior to submitting your application and
maintained throughout the entire immigration process.
• Be in the name of the principal applicant and/or spouse only.
• Include the type of currency, fund holder's name, and contact information of the financial
institution, account numbers, transactions and balances.

For SINP the balance should be 3 months old maintained


For Nova Scotia last 3 months transaction history is required to show that the funds are not
borrowed from anyone else. Surrender values are not considered in Nova Scotia.
For Ontario, and Express entry last 6 months transaction history is required to show that the
funds are not borrowed

18. Proof of relationship in Canada (if having any relative/friend in Canada)

Close Relative Include: Parent, Grandparent, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, Niece or Nephew
For SINP: Close relative and First Cousin relationship accepted
For Manitoba: Close relative, First Cousin and friend’s relationship accepted
For Ontario, Nova Scotia, Express Entry: Close Relative relationship accepted

• Passport copy ( Indian)


• PR card or Citizenship card or Canadian passport
• Birth certificate
• Marriage certificate
• Utility bills from the past six months
• Health Card or Driver's license;
• Proof that they’re a registered tenant of a Canada address (a lease agreement and rental
receipts or proof of ownership) and names of other occupants at this address plus their
relationship to them; and,
• Proof of employment during the past six months (include copies of paystubs or a letter from
their employer confirming employment). This letter should be on company letterhead.

19. C.V./Resume (For Nova Scotia)

20. Intention to reside in Ontario:


• Current and/or previous employment in Ontario,
• Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario,
• Education in Ontario, Volunteer work in Ontario,
• Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership,
• Professional networks and affiliations,
• Family ties, Social connections or personal relationships, and/or
• Previous visits to Ontario.

21. Credit Card Details


• IF SINP
o Credit Card Must be your own card
o International limit must be activated in your card
o Take confirmation from your bank about the international transaction that you would
be doing in near future
o Copy of front and back page of your card
o Credit card form must be submitted to your advisor
• IF Express Entry
o Copy of front and back page of your card
o Credit card form must be submitted to your advisor
o Your credit card must be holding international limit as per the requirement of
payment

Note:
- Government of Canada may ask for any additional document any time during
process.
- Sharing Your any of Personal/File/Process/Representative related information
with any known or unknown person may result in Delay or Refusal of your
application. Hence, it must be avoided by clients.
