SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, ALFONSA AYAAY VALIENTE, of legal age, Filipino, single and presently residing in Block 3
Lot 4 Happy Homes Subdivision, Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, by these
presents, herby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, my niece, CHARITO VALIENTE LABISTE, of
legal age, Filipino, married with the same address to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact business and stand as Administrator of my Two (2) Units RESIDENTIAL HOUSE,
located in Marytown, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, and prevent any intruder who may interfere
therein and to collect rentals;

2. To make execute, submit and/or sign any documents and represent in any offices, in
pursuance of the foregoing power. In general, do and perform all other acts in connection
thereto;

3. The authority revokes and supersedes any other authorities similar hereto and granted to
others and prior to this date;

HEREBY GIVING AND RATIFYING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact the full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present hereby ratifying or
