Participants were tasked to create a sample complaint and a Fact-Findings investigation Report.
Results were good.
+Issues Encountered+
It was discovered that some PROs were using different format of the FFIR. The Speaker suggested if
PhilHealth could come up with a standard format for uniformity and identity.

Resolution: The matter will be discussed first with the PRO lawyers for their comment and
suggestions. FFIED stated that there will be a meeting for it.
