They are asking respondents to provide some optional contact information and to answer 10 questions regarding their level of agreement on factors related to teenage pregnancy such as how it may impact studies, friendships, curiosity, regrets, community problems, abortion, discrimination, future relationships, family conflicts, and the role of sex education.
